1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

One account per person is permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately to our support team.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are processed via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit is Rs. 100. Withdrawals require account verification and are subject to a minimum of Rs. 200. M999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of offer. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all winnings and balances.

5. Fair Play

Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), or manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. All decisions regarding violations are final.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software on M999 Games are the property of M999 Games and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

M999 Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited in your account in the preceding 30 days.

9. Amendments

M999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Pakistan.
